ISTANBUL SUPERMARKET RETURNS POLICY

For any food or supermarket product that is damaged or unusable because of the shipping and handling conditions, Istanbul Supermarket refunds full credit except shipping &handling cost that you initially paid while placing your order. If you received Free Shipping with your order, you will be charged shipping & handling when you return an order or an item and if such return disqualifies your order from Free Shipping. Please note that shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable unless Istanbul Supermarket makes an error in shipping your order or an item is found to be defective (excluding perishable items).

You need to obtain a valid RMA (return material authorization) number from us to return the item. Call Customer Service at 1- 847-378-8366 to get a RMA number. No Returns are allowed without a valid RMA number. Also a note stating the nature of defect must accompany items returned for defects

All claims must be made to our customer service department within 7 days of delivery. You cannot claim the items that you do not like in package shape or taste. Returned items must be in original packaging, intact and unopened. We do not accept returns on perishable items. For non-grocery products please keep all original packing materials and documentation.
